Discover affordable options for the whole family when you shop at a Beacon Thrift Shop—plus, it’s a great place to donate items you no longer need. For 30+ years, proceeds from our thrift shops have supported Beacon’s crucial local services, including the Out of the Rain Shelter, kids’ literacy programs and quality dementia care for seniors.

What sets us apart is our commitment: while many non-Beacon thrift shops direct only a small percentage of sales to charity, we take pride in allocating 100% of Beacon Thrift Shop proceeds to not-for-profit programs and services. This dedication is made possible by the support of our loyal community, making every donation and purchase a direct contribution to the betterment of Greater Victoria.
In-Person Donations
Thank you for sharing your saleable donations with us, and for understanding our customers need clean items in good repair.
Donations are accepted 9:30am-4:30pm Monday to Saturday at the following Beacon Thrift Shop locations:
