Resources & Support
Everyone deserves a stable and secure living situation. Whether you’re seeking supportive housing options or preventative services, we’re here to help. Our comprehensive programs cater to diverse needs and offer a path towards stability, regardless of the challenges you may be facing.
Homelessness Prevention Program
We offer short-term rental subsidies and weekly staff check-ins to foster successful tenancies for youth ages 24 and younger and/or individuals recently released from incarceration. Our program aims to address the unique challenges faced by these individuals, and is designed to empower and guide participants toward sustainable housing solutions, contributing to their overall well-being.
