Partner in Potential
Teaming up with organizations like Beacon presents an opportunity to drive initiatives that uplift and empower those in need. Through corporate contributions that offer vital resources, tangible change is facilitated, fostering a brighter future for individuals and families alike.
Key Benefits
As a local non-profit, we welcome philanthropic partnership. Here’s why such partnerships are so beneficial.
-
Community Impact
By collaborating with us, local businesses demonstrate their commitment to the community. They become active participants in addressing critical social issues on Southern Vancouver Island.
-
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
CSR allows businesses to align their goals with community needs. It goes beyond profit-making activities and focuses on making a positive impact. When businesses engage in CSR initiatives, they become socially responsible corporate citizens. This benefits the community and also enhances a business’ reputation and loyalty within their customer base.
-
Enhancing Quality of Life
Businesses are the lifeblood of our Southern Vancouver Island communities. Their impact extends beyond financial contributions. By addressing social issues and partnering with local non-profits like ours, businesses contribute to the overall well-being of the community.
-
Building Trust and Reputation
Philanthropic partnerships are not just about giving back—they are about building trust and reputation. Nearly 60% of consumers will pay more for your product if they know a portion of the proceeds are going to charity. They are also more likely to remain loyal to your brand. A true win-win partnership.
Proceeds stay 100% local to our community. This means local businesses have a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference on Southern Vancouver Island simply by partnering with Beacon Community Services.
Beacon Pedal Tour
In collaboration with Victoria Pedal Tours and The Sticky Wicket, we hosted the 1st Annual Beacon Pedal Tour in support of youth homelessness prevention in Victoria.
On Friday, October 25th 2024, local businesses pedaled their way through Victoria, enjoyed a friendly dart competition, and savored tasty appies at The Sticky Wicket.
Tecnet Canada Inc. was our top fundraising team and won 2 VIP Sports Packages to the Victoria Royals and Victoria HarbourCats.
